Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from the day after you received your order. Before returning the item, please contact us at contact@wristin.com so we can assist you with the return process. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. You can expect the refund to be credited back to your account within 5 business days. If you haven’t received it by then, please contact us.

Received a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at contact@wristin.com with your name, address, order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the item. Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, and we will attempt to resolve the issue without requiring you to return the product, if possible.

Complaints

If you’re not satisfied with your order or our service, let us know immediately through our contact form, and we’ll provide a detailed response within a few days.

We strive to assist you as best we can. If you’re still not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee. Alternatively, you can file your complaint through the European ODR Platform.
