Yes, all our bracelets come with a 6-month warranty.
What should I do if my bracelet is defective?

Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay with Apple Pay, iDEAL, credit card, and other popular payment methods.
Can I pay for my order afterwards?
With us, you can easily pay afterwards via Klarna. This allows you to receive your bracelet first and pay later at a time that suits you best.
Orders and Delivery
How do I place an order?
Choose your desired bracelet, add it to your cart, and follow the steps at checkout to place your order.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
Yes please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to change your order.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days within the Netherlands. Different delivery times apply for the rest of Europe. For a detailed and up-to-date overview, please check our Shipping and ordering page.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Once we have received your order, your order will be prepared for delivery within 24 to 48 hours at the latest. This only happens on working days, on public holidays or weekends, it will happen from the first working day.
What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands, there is an option for free shipping. This requires choosing Letterbox Post. This is a shipment without Track & Trace. Outside the Netherlands we offer shipping options from €5.95. In addition, shipping with Track & Trace is free from €30
Can I choose a specific time for delivery?
Currently, we do not offer an option to choose a specific time for delivery, but you can track your parcel if you have chosen the option with Track & Trace.
Can I track my order?
When the shipping option Track & Trace is selected, you will receive a tracking number with link to follow your order. For shipments via Letterbox Post you will not receive a Track & Trace tracking number.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we also deliver outside the Netherlands. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary per country. For a detailed and up-to-date overview, please check our Shipping and Ordering page.
