What is Paracord?
Paracord, also known as parachute cord, is a rope often made from nylon or polyester. The name comes from its original use as the suspension lines of parachutes for paratroopers. It was first mass-produced in the United States during World War II. Today, it is manufactured and used worldwide, for example, to create our Adjustable Paracord with Stainless Steel Clasp.
