Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return it. The bracelet must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless you have received the wrong item or a faulty product.

Not satisfied? Get your money back. We’ll refund the full purchase price as soon as we’ve received and checked your return.

By law, you have 14 days to change your mind and cancel your purchase without giving a reason. At Wristin, we extend this period to 30 days. You can notify us of your withdrawal by email or using the model withdrawal form; you then have a further 14 days to return the product.

• Please email contact@wristin.com with your order number and the reason for your return
• Pack the bracelet securely in its original packaging
• Send the parcel to the returns address we provide

Once we have received and checked your returned product, we will process the refund within 5 to 7 working days. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for your order. You will receive confirmation of this by email.

Would you like a different colour or style? Please let us know when you request a return, and we’ll be happy to help you exchange it. We’ll dispatch the new item as soon as we’ve received your return.

All our bracelets come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing and material defects. Has your bracelet arrived faulty or damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo, and we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced.
