When you order from us through a marketplace such as Amazon or bol.com, we receive from that marketplace the information needed to process and deliver your order: your name, delivery address, and the contents of your order. We use this information solely to process, ship, and administer your order.

We never share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your name and address are only passed on to the carrier delivering your package. Order data that we are legally required to retain (such as for our tax records) is kept for as long as the law requires.

We retain marketplace order data for the legally required period for our tax records (7 years). From 30 days after delivery, we no longer use your name and address for anything beyond that legal obligation: any further analysis (for example, purchase-pattern research) works from pseudonymized data from that point on, where your name and address have been replaced with a code that cannot be traced back to you.

Every time you visit our website – that is, whenever you access or attempt to access a file from our server – details of this are stored in a log file.

The data files generated are stored in log files for statistical purposes and deleted after statistical processing. We cannot trace the stored data back to you. Nor do we pass this data on to third parties. Only in the event of an infringement of our rights do we reserve the right to forward a data file to the competent authorities so that the infringement of our rights can be prosecuted.
